A package of four 45 minute sessions (approx. 4-6 weeks apart) allows families to address non-urgent concerns with intention and care, while providing consistent support and guidance.

With five 1.5hr sessions, you can explore questions and concerns more deeply, talk through specific steps for implementing parenting goals, or review research on a topic of your choosing!

Set yourself up for success by meeting weekly to talk about the highs and lows of parenting! This option includes an initial 1hr meeting and 4 (20min) weekly check-ins OR 7 (20min) check-ins.
