A package of four 45 minute sessions (approx. 4-6 weeks apart) allows families to address non-urgent concerns/challenges with intention and care, while receiving consistent support and guidance.

5 (1.5hr) sessions allow you to explore yourself and your parenting more deeply, identify family goals, review parenting strategies or dive into theraputic healing discussion.

Set yourself up for success by meeting weekly to talk about the highs and lows of parenting! This option includes an initial 1hr meeting and 4 (20min) weekly check-ins OR 7 (20min) check-ins.
